We are currently operating as a nonprofit. At this time we are creating and updating this website, running an online forum, and working in our home community creating brochures for hospitals.
In the future we have plans to file our articles of incorporation but at this time we are taking things slowly.

Our nonprofit is located in Lane County, Oregon where the infant mortality rate is the highest in the nation.
