A Loving Journey

You Can Help!

I have a lot of experience running organizations, fundraising money, organizing volunteers, and being involved in my community.  Now I have experience with infant loss.  I would LOVE to put this experience to good use and have decided I would like to start a nonprofit organization in my community to help women with pregnancy and infant loss.

How You Can Help:

* Donate Money so I can afford to get the Nonprofit up and running. This costs from 2,000 - 3,000 dollars.  Any type of monetary donation, even the smallest amount would be appreciated.
* Donate Items to the organization.  Any type of item or service would be appreciated.  This includes herbs, art, therapy, massages, birthing items, memorial items, care items, and more.
* Donate your legal services so that I do not have to pay the full amount of startup costs involved in beginning a nonprofit.
* Donate your advice especially if you have experience in starting a  nonprofit, running a nonprofit, and finding/writing grants.
* If you live in the State of Oregon you could be a partner, employee, or  member of the board of directors.
* Any other types of help would be greatly appreciated as well.

All Donors Will Be Recognized!

The Need:

The county I live in has the highest loss rate in the nation.

This is about 10 losses for every 1,000 pregnancies.

And in this county there are no organizations to offer support.

Special Concerns:

If for any reason I was not able to successfully start the nonprofit all donations that went unused will be donated to an equally worthy cause. I do not plan on having any personal gain in this venture.

If you would like to know more about the nonprofit I would like to start please contact me.  I have written a mission and value statement.  I already have a fundraising plan.  And I have a list of services I would like to offer. To view this information please visit our Nonprofit home.
